DELIVER PROJECTS.
EMPOWER PEOPLE.

I turn business problems into clear plans, aligned teams and delivered digital products.

Andrei Shumko

Project ownership first.
AI where it makes a real difference.

ABOUT

I connect the business side of a project with the people and processes that deliver it.

40+Project contributions across my career
8Projects managed in parallel
50PMs using the AI prototyping workflow

A project manager
with a builder’s mindset.

My background brings together project delivery, team leadership, customer operations, sales and UX/UI. I understand both what a client needs and what a team needs to deliver it.

At RapidDev, I manage digital products, CRM systems and automation projects. I also lead practical AI initiatives: choosing useful tools, designing repeatable workflows and helping people use them independently.

I care about realistic commitments, clear communication and long-term client relationships. When expectations and delivery constraints do not match, I make the trade-offs visible and work with the client on a plan we can stand behind.

SELECTED
PROJECTS

The problem, my contribution and the result — with context behind the numbers.

AI implementation

2 weeks → 24h

A clickable prototype before the project starts

A faster way to validate the client’s idea.

Read the case

The problem

Prototyping depended on designer and developer availability. It could take around two weeks before the client had something concrete to review.

What I did

I selected the tools, designed the process, created reusable templates and skills, connected integrations and trained the PM team. We use the information available at the enquiry stage to explore the idea and prepare a clickable interface.

The result

The 24-hour request-to-delivery target became the usual workflow across 50 PMs. Clients provide more specific feedback earlier, improving alignment on design and requirements.

Elapsed prototype turnaround, not engineering hours. A prototype is not a production-ready application.

Project delivery

1 month

On-time delivery with AI-assisted execution

Project ownership, realistic commitments and budget discipline.

Read the case

The problem

The team needed to move quickly while keeping delivery expectations, scope and budget aligned.

What I did

I coordinated the team and managed delivery using AI-supported workflows. Scope changes were discussed with the client through calls, implementation options and agreed trade-offs.

The result

The recent project was delivered on time in one month, using approximately 60% of its planned budget.

This is a project outcome, not a claim that AI alone caused the budget result.

AI implementation

20 → 300+ / day

Job publishing without the manual queue

A running workflow with human supervision.

Read the case

The problem

Manual publication limited the number of job advertisements the business could post each day.

What I did

I built an agent workflow to prepare and publish advertisements across websites, with editing, management and shutdown controls.

The result

The workflow runs around the clock. The operator monitors results and makes corrections when needed, instead of manually publishing every advertisement.

Daily postings, not unique vacancies. Human review remains part of the process.

Project delivery

400 staff

Ent Group · CRM for business operations

A parallel engagement alongside SOFTSWISS.

Read the case

The problem

The business needed a CRM to support operational work at a larger staff scale.

What I did

Coordinated a six-person team delivering a CRM MVP and aligned implementation with operational needs.

The result

Delivered an MVP in three months. The solution supported approximately 400 staff and reduced manual work by around 40%.

Side engagement during the SOFTSWISS employment period; exact project dates are not specified.

Project delivery

Team coordination

Three Coin Exchange · Exchange & ATM workflows

A parallel engagement alongside SOFTSWISS.

Read the case

The problem

Exchange and ATM workflows required coordinated requirements, design, QA and rollout work.

What I did

Coordinated three engineers and a designer, working through KYC/AML-related requirements, testing and rollout preparation.

The result

Connected business requirements with implementation priorities and cross-functional delivery.

Side engagement during the SOFTSWISS employment period; no unsupported launch or revenue metric is claimed.

EXPERIENCE

Delivery, people and operations — the foundation behind my approach to AI.

HOW I WORK

Start with the problem. Make progress measurable. Leave the team stronger.

01

Lead delivery

Explore

Clarify requirements, plan milestones, coordinate people and manage budget, scope and risk. Keep the client involved in decisions, not surprised by them.

02

Make AI useful

Explore

Choose tools for an actual business need. Prototype, test, document and integrate. I work with Codex, Claude, MCP, APIs, custom skills and agent workflows.

03

Build team capability

Explore

Teach through practical cases, reusable instructions and workshops. A good implementation keeps working when I am no longer in the room.

04

Keep humans in control

Explore

Use AI to support judgement, not hide uncertainty. For example, an email-analysis workflow flags potential project escalations for a PM to review.
